1. Free Sample Policy: Clear Rules to Protect Both Parties
We provide free samples for tamper evident products. However, to ensure fairness and protect long-term partners, the following rules apply:
Sample Types & Brand Confidentiality
For tamper evident tapes, free samples are limited to generic versions without customer logos, or standard products with common security features such as “OPEN VOID.”
Due to strict confidentiality agreements with our clients, samples containing their custom logo or artwork cannot be shared under any circumstances. This policy ensures brand security and protects sensitive information.
For tamper evident bags, we can directly offer standard samples of the corresponding specifications so customers can evaluate material strength and tamper evident performance.
Sample Logistics: Fast & Region-Specific Shipping
Samples are shipped via express courier and typically arrive within 5–7 business days.
- Japan: We use OCS, reducing delivery time to as fast as 2 business days.
- United States: We ship via UPS or DHL to ensure stable and fast delivery.
- Europe: UPS is the primary option; DHL is recommended for samples valued above USD 110.
Important: FedEx is no longer recommended due to slower transit times (delays of 5–7 days are common).
While samples are free, shipping costs are covered by the customer.
2. Customization Workflow: A Standardized and Efficient Process

Step 1: Design Alignment—Accurate Matching of Graphics & Printing Process
Customers should provide a clear version of their logo, preferably in PDF format, to assist our designers in evaluating color details and determining suitable printing methods.
Once the artwork is received, our design team will create a CAD mock-up to visually demonstrate how the final customized product will look.
Note: Printing cost is directly affected by the number of colors and complexity of the process—more colors typically mean higher production costs.
Step 2: Sample Fee Policy—Risk Control with a Rebate Mechanism
A sampling fee applies for custom logo samples. Some printing methods also require a cylinder or plate-making fee for creating custom tooling.
The purpose of these fees is not profit, but risk control—we previously covered sample production costs for many customers who later canceled their orders, resulting in losses.
To support committed clients, we offer a full rebate policy:
If the final bulk order reaches the specified MOQ (e.g., 10,000 rolls of tamper evident tape, or 10,000 m² for other products), all sampling and tooling fees will be fully deducted from the order amount.
This policy lowers customer risk while ensuring a fair cooperation structure.
