Free Samples & Shipping Options
EcoSecurityTape provides free available stock samples for B2B product testing and evaluation before bulk purchasing. Shipping is paid by the customer.
You can choose from the following shipping arrangements:

Q1: Are the samples free, and who pays for shipping?
Yes. Available stock samples are free for verified B2B buyers to evaluate before bulk purchasing. Customers cover shipping costs; free samples do not include free delivery. You can use a supported courier account, arrange delivery to your freight forwarder in China, or ask us for a shipping quote. Custom-made samples may incur production fees. All applicable charges are confirmed before proceeding.
Q2: How fast can I receive the free samples?
Delivery time depends on your destination and shipping method. Postal parcels are more economical and typically take 10–25 days after dispatch. International express is faster, usually reaching destinations in Europe and North America within 7–10 days after dispatch. These are estimates; customs clearance and local delivery may affect arrival times. We provide tracking details once your samples are shipped.
Q3: How can I request custom samples, and are there any fees?
Custom samples are charged separately. Please provide your product dimensions, thickness, preferred material, logo files, printing content, and language requirements. We will prepare free preliminary artwork and calculate the sample production and shipping costs. Once you approve the artwork, confirm the specifications, and complete payment, we will arrange sample production. Photos or videos will be provided for your review before shipment.
Q4: Is the custom sample fee refundable against a bulk order?
Custom sample production requires an upfront fee to cover materials, printing setup, and production work. This allows us to develop samples specifically for your project so you can evaluate the design and performance before committing to bulk production.
Part or all of the sample production fee may be credited against a subsequent bulk order once the order meets the agreed value and quantity requirements. Eligibility depends on the product specifications and whether the bulk order provides sufficient margin to absorb the sample development costs.
We will confirm the eligible credit amount and qualifying order requirements in writing before sample production. When those conditions are met, the credit will be deducted from your bulk-order invoice rather than refunded separately in cash.
This approach allows qualifying customers to recover their sample production costs as the project moves into bulk purchasing. Sample shipping charges are separate and are not included in the credit unless specifically agreed.
